Sneak peak of La Ville, City walk with DoinDubai

Recently Monica from Doin Dubai took us on a food tour with La Ville Hotel and suites in City walk. I absolutely love the slogan of this place "exactly like nothing else"

We all met up at the Look up bar Bar which was a perfect place to meet up because the views were phenomenal, they have a pool as well and its by far one of the best views a pool could have, the entire skyline of Dubai is your background after all!

Although it was cold, the Look up bar had these amazing giant heaters which kept us toasty warm the entire time!

The bar food is definitely not your average nibbles with each appetizer exceeding the next, from stuffed jalapeno's to crisp vegetable chips.

We were then taken down to Chival where we served some amazing salad's and mains, the ambiance of this place is amazing with the natural sunlight coming through, u'd love to visit this place again in the day time.

Before I get into the amazing we were also served a selection of customized drinks, the tumeric elexor and Avicenna, definitely something healthier to try if you pop in for breakfast

The tuna tatatki was my favorite salad of the evening and was definitely a hit among the other bloggers too, the perfectly seared tuna with the crisp edamame, there was not a single element of this dish I didn't love.

We were also served among other salad's the spiced cauliflower and frekkeh mix which was so light and packed with flavour, one of the best vegetarian dishes of the evening.

If we weren't full enough, the chef's then sent us our round of mains, which was agnolotti pasta, prime burger with a pretzel bun and Island prawns (the prans were placed on a bed of cocnut rice and topped with some crispy yucca chips)

The island prawns for me was definitely my favorite dish of the evening, the asian flavors of the dish were very prominent which really made the dish stand out. The prime burger lacked a bit of seasoning but the fries and slaw served with it was really nice, I also really enjoyed the pretzel bun (crisp on the outside and soft on the inside)

We were then taken to our last spot of the evening, which is on their ground floor as well, Graze grill.

We were served a variety of desserts here but by far the Mississippi dark chocolate pie and the Japanese cotton cheesecake,

The chocolate pie was extremely rich and hence the vanilla and black pepper ice cream really cut through the richness, the balance of this dish was absolutely superb.

The cheesecake was light and fluffy and not too rich, it really was the perfect dessert.

As you can imagine from all the food we ate we were stuffed and extremely happy with the food and service of LaVille, I can't wait to head back here!
